Tutoring Process

BKLearning online tutoring aims to help students achieve academic success through customized one-on-one or semi-private learning programs delivered by experienced teachers. The process begins with an initial assessment and a conversation with parents about the student’s academic needs. From there, a learning plan is set forth with clear goals for reinforcing or enriching skills. Over time, the plan and goals are updated to keep each student on the right track.

Key Details

  • Open to students across Canada in grades 3-12.

  • Subjects include English, Math, or Science.

  • Typically 45, 60, or 90 minutes per week.

  • Rate: $68 per hour for private tutoring.

  • Available year-round, including summer.

  • Hosted through Zoom video conferencing.

Registration

To register for BKLearning Online Tutoring:

1) Fill out the registration form linked above.

2) Follow up email or call with Director Brad Kaplin about your child’s needs and how we can best support him or her.

3) Confirm assigned teacher, student availability, and schedule a timeslot.
